THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

Limitation of Liability

OUR LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

General

This agreement is governed by Western Australian law. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties related to the software.
